Great space and really good drinks. LOVE that they have 2 choices of paleo muffins made with almond and tapioca flour!!
Definitely the fanciest coffee place I've ever been to. At first I thought it was a tad pretentious to precisely weigh the coffee grounds for each cup... The result was truly the best coffee I've ever had. A delicate depth of flavor, more like tea. Not the bitter, too weak/strong roulette played at Starbucks and the like.
Consistently outstanding beans. Especially enjoyed the Rophi, and looking forward to the Gedeb and Idido.
Hands down one of the best roasters on the west coast.
The coffee is always top notch, the service friendly and prompt. I have never been disappointed with a drink here and have made it a must stop location each and every time I come to town.
This was the worst tasting coffee I have ever had. It was bitter and sour with no inference the roaster has any clue how to roast coffee. Only in Bend where people will buy this crap because it's "local" ( it's not the coffee was grown in Colombia or Mexico or Cambodia) will this business survive.
Business response:
Thanks for your well-thought-out review... Makes sense... We will do our best to survive! We appreciate your concern. Best wishes.
