I ordered the Greek omelette with Spinach, olives , onions and tomatoes with cream cheese. Served with Toast . The food was good but eggs are cheap so I expected at least one side? No side served with the meal. The waitress forgot we had not been served yet and came back asking us if we were pleased with our food. LOL
This was the worst service from the waitress and then the manager that I eventually went to talk to. I was with the person below this review and that was our experience. Seems to me it a starts with HR, who they hire, how they train, what they expect, and what they do to recoup an unsatisfied customer.
Service is usually awesome, but today we waited an hour after sitting down for our food only to find out that the cooks never took it in to fill the order, so we left. You guys need better organization on busy weekends.

I've eaten at Thumbs Up several times and usually the food is great and the service is decent. Today was completely different. We waited for over an hour and a half for our meal, had to ask twice about it. We were told they had to re-cook our food bc kitchen lost our order (which doesn't even make sense). Then our order was wrong. No one apologized to us. Our waitress rarely checked on us during the 2+ hours we were there. Other patrons came, ate, and left while we waited. Love that there is an actual diner in douglasville finally! Food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional!
Horrible service! Sat and waited and waited . People that came in after me, were waited on. Waitress saw us sitting there and ignored us. Called and spoke to manager and advised I will bot be back.
The food was great!!! Love the smoked chicken wings!!! Customer service was excellent.
