Thumbs Up Diner was one of my favorite breakfast spots until today. I was enjoying my breakfast when I bit on something hard. It seems it was piece of a lighter that the manager says was used to start a fire in the prep area in the morning. The manager was pretty nonchalant about the situation. The food, atmosphere and staff was nice. Forgot they didn't take cash and had to leave then come back
