Terrible service and outrageous price gauging. My first two appointments (scheduled only after multiple calls and texts) were missed and no one even called me to cancel. When technicians finally showed up they were more than 4 hours late (I was promised that after the missed appointments they would come right at 11am, but they rolled up at 3:30pm, again with no notice. To add insult to injury they were not able to program my new thermostat (which they drastically overcharged me for) and so I still had no air conditioning. I ... read more
If I could give 0 I would. Back when Thuesen was independent they were reliable and easy to work with. Since Paraco bought them it's been a disaster and I will no longer be using their services. Had an issue with a circulator pump. I requested a specific employee who has worked on my system previously. Was told he would be coming. A different employee showed up with another individual. It was clear that he was an apprentice of some sort as each step was being explained to him. I have zero issue with someone learning the trad... read more
