I had an 11:30 appointment this morning on 1-5. I arrived and the door was locked and lights off. Called and left two messages asking why no one was there and what was going on with my appointment. No one answered the phone or bothered to reply to my messages. It is now 4:30 and still no word. Disappointing and confusing.
