Thriveworks is an absolute nightmare when it comes to billing and customer service! Our insurance covers a certain number of sessions and Gave us an EAP code to give to the therapist before our first session (for my daughter), ***which we did***. We got billed for every session with increasing amounts and by the time we realized (about 6 weeks in) my daughter had turned 18 and they would no longer talk to me even though she's covered under it insurance and we set everything up.
