This is a SCAM. Went to address given and no one was there. The business next door said no one had been there in months. I called and informed them of this and they acted stupid. I asked to them to delete my account and NOT charge me.. next day I get a bill!! Now I’m getting a lawyer..
They are not here to help with the mentally ill. I found out my dog recently had cancer & that along with everything else I forgot my appointment. They love to turn to LIE & slap you with feed. Kid you not I wasn’t gonna return because of the TERRIBLE experience I had with my counselor & therapist because they were so insensitive told me how I should not be in the meds I’m on? Loved the feedback, breathing lesson, and the bio-feedback was very interesting.
0 stars. Made a therapist appointment for my 7 year old to work through some stuff. When we showed up to the appointment the building was closed. We sat there for almost an hour on the phone with the support number trying to talk to a real person. It looked like there hadn’t been anyone at the building in a while as there was a fed ex sticker on the door and a bunch of other mail. My daughter was really looking forward to the appointment and the feeling of abandonment from her therapist has made her issues worse.
