0 stars. Made a therapist appointment for my 7 year old to work through some stuff. When we showed up to the appointment the building was closed. We sat there for almost an hour on the phone with the support number trying to talk to a real person. It looked like there hadn’t been anyone at the building in a while as there was a fed ex sticker on the door and a bunch of other mail. My daughter was really looking forward to the appointment and the feeling of abandonment from her therapist has made her issues worse.
Honestly 0 Stars ⭐️. Horrible service. Making an appointment to get mental health is not easy and when I decided to go ahead and do it I got no support whatsoever. I made an appointment, I called the day before to make sure about the time of it and surprise surprise! They said: Mam, You don’t have any appointments scheduled. How about that.
Our session was great. We are looking forward to more sessions with Raina. She is awesome!
