Their cancellation policy is borderline a scam. If you don't cancel an appointment within 48 hours on the dot, there is a $130+ cancellation fee. How can you charge people that much for giving you over a days notice? No other provider I have ever seen has as ridiculous a policy.
I have only had my initial session so far, but it was very easy to find a therapist taking new clients within a couple of weeks, in addition to scheduling an appointment and answer the surveys. The platform is easy to navigate and very self explanatory. My therapist was amazing! I look forward to working with her more.
She is absolutely great very professional and really has help me.
