Great experience. This process has been very enjoyable, professional, and satisfying., I was very apprehensive about this journey and i could not be more pleased.
I am hoping to see a resolve. I was completely ripped off by this place! There is NO manager to speak to either. They will take your money and NOT TREAT YOU! I need a solution, because I paid $300 for medical help in which I never received.
I recently left a review about an appointment that was made by my college son looking for a primary care doctor. Thrive works send an email to which my son responded and basically they just said they are not removing the $135 no-show fee. They said because it was not canceled within 48 hours, however, the appointment was made within 48 hours, so there was no way to cancel it within the allotted timeframe.
