Review I’m very disappointed with my experience with Thriveworks. My appointment was still 48 hours away when I called to cancel. Their cancellation policy requires 48 hours’ notice, but I was told that I had called at 46 hours, meaning I was only about 2 hours short of the policy. I spoke with Oliver, the supervisor, hoping there might be some flexibility. I have a baby, and this was the first time I have ever needed to cancel an appointment.
