Whoever is answering your phone calls is absolutely grossly nasty attitude. I was trying to locate a provider instead she eroded my question and skipped to aggressively asking me about my insurance, my zip code and so forth. Never gave a care about what I initially said then proceeds to say oh she is not one of our providers. I’ve never encountered such nasty aggressive behavior from a therapy office in my life.
