I couldn't use the service because they were Tele Call only so the psych said I needed in person. I closed my account with them and 2 weeks later they charged my Bank card $355.00???? I have a copay of $40. I called and they said you don't have an account anymore but we have your card on file. Wait what? THAT'S FRAUD IF YOU DIDNT KNOW THAT!!!
It didn't take that long to get an appointment for my daughter. The problem was with the therapist, Hailey R. It was my daughter's first appointment and when she opened up to Hailey, my daughter started crying. Hailey then put her finger to her mouth and shushed my daughter. She told her to be quiet because there were other clients in the office. My daughter told her that she thought therapy was a safe space to open up.
