Will say. It’s not the Therapist. He did just fine. It’s the business. You would think that his company would understand that their customers are overwhelmed, stressed and vulnerable given the fact that they are IN THERAPY. But. No. There are not. Have not missed a single session, and had an emergency occur, I called as soon as I could—be fore I even started addressing the emergency and 9 hours before my appointment—to reschedule, only to be told I was being charged $135 to reschedule.
