I have a minor and I think face-to-face is very important. I wish we had more therapist here in El Paso, Texas but we do not. The therapist that was recommended to us we have no complaints about the 2 times we connected with her, due to my child's school program. once again very impersonal online and it's very hard when your child is doing very well in school. We are MST and we were not offered any options for later appointments. So many people need help but it seems to be it's an 8:00 to 5 job.
We are dropping Ann as a counselor. There have been too many last minute cancellations by her with little to no notice, a total of 5 cancellations and the last one needing to be canceled because she booked us for a date we explicitly said was not a day we could schedule something and all since August 2025 to now here in early Nov 2025 so a relatively short time frame.
