It was hard talking about old memories that really hurt but honestly... You don't think it's going to help until it's over then you're glad you did it. It's sad that now a days you have to pay someone to listen to you but, it really REALLY helped me and I already have another session scheduled. I'm glad I finally went. As a man that was raised by you WW2 Veteran you think it's weakness going to a therapist but sometimes you really need it.
Good, I want to not feel so guilty and hurt all the time. Feeling empowered to take on hard stuff this next week.
