Assigned counselor (Kimber) was absolutely terrible. Due to COVID, all counseling was done on webcam which is not an issue. Once on-boarding was complete, Kimber was assigned as counselor. First impressions were subpar, I am not a fan of someone making a statement like "I am not trying to brag but..." and then goes on a 2-3 minute rant about everything they did and who they worked with in the past 15+ years.
