DANGER - BEWARE!!!!!!! While my therapist is excellent and deserves 10+******, Billing is a nightmare. They show insurances accepted that they don't actually accept! And if they do accept your insurance, they illegally billed my insurance company for a PhD therapist for an in-person visit. My therapist is almost 200 miles from me. And she's an LPC, not a PhD!!! On top of that, you have to give them your debit/credit card #'s so they take money from your account at their will. They even took money out of my account twice in 1... read more
This company may have good therapists, I had one that was pretty terrible and one that was OK. My problem is the billing. I've seen a a number of people report being scammed by this company and I have to say I agree. They are unreasonable, it is unacceptable. The aggravation of dealing with their poor billing practices that border on actual theft, way exceeds any help I got from them. BEWARE.

Broke through. It’s not me but how I allow myself to see myself through my mom’s eyes! I need to stop and set boundaries with her. Just tell her she’s a bully and walk away from her. She’ll never change. I’m still here to support my adult son & he’s able to stand up to her. She’s not worth the pain. Not a victim anymore but still responsible for her senior care.
Very great experience I look forward to working with her more
