Had a next level inappropriate experience with a provider through them and have now been battling it out over the phone for MONTHS. This provider was incredibly rude, condescending, showed up 15 minutes late and blamed it on me, and then told me that there was a system error and that she couldn’t get me the meds I desperately needed. DANGER - BEWARE!!!!!!! While my therapist is excellent and deserves 10+******, Billing is a nightmare. They show insurances accepted that they don't actually accept! And if they do accept your insurance, they illegally billed my insurance company for a PhD therapist for an in-person visit. My therapist is almost 200 miles from me. And she's an LPC, not a PhD!!! On top of that, you have to give them your debit/credit card #'s so they take money from your account at their will. They even took money out of my account twice in 1... read more
This company may have good therapists, I had one that was pretty terrible and one that was OK. My problem is the billing. I've seen a a number of people report being scammed by this company and I have to say I agree. They are unreasonable, it is unacceptable. The aggravation of dealing with their poor billing practices that border on actual theft, way exceeds any help I got from them. BEWARE.
