These people really care!
Bad experience.... The "little" people (ordinary employees) were helpful, leadership however, was in sore need of replacement. I would try another location, as the corporate leadership appears solid, or ask if local leadership has changed in the last few years. Local leadership in theses types of businesses makes ALL the difference!
