This company has refused to replace a part to my daughter's IPV machine. Sent it to the wrong address back in October and here it is April and we still haven't received it. My daughter is inhaling mold when we give her treatments. I have bleached and used vinegar and water and to no avail it is molded.
Sat on the phone for 2 hrs on hold for no one to answer the phone. How are they still in business?
