Jessica Balaam was absolutely wonderful in guiding us through our first home purchase. She and our lender got us to close in about 11 days. I feel strongly that Jessica steered us in the right directions, negotiated strongly, but with care, and we trusted her judgment in areas that we simply aren't familiar with. Personally, Jessica was extremely attentive, kind, very funny, and professional. I'd recommend her to everyone I know.
