My doctors office is in the same building and I attempted to setup and account before I started the first prescription and the online setup doesn't allow it. When I called I was told that new customers don't have access to setup online. Why make it harder than your competition, PillPack, to start services with you? A couple things will occur, the customer will stay with the competition and you loose business. You should think about making the process easier not harder or more complicated!!!
Not reliable on delivery. My husband’s refills were delivered 2 days late, causing him to be without any meds for 2 days. I will never trust this organization again.
They repeatedly auto charged my debit card without consent even when I've told them that they may not keep my credit card information on file and never gave permission for them to auto charge my card!
Locally owned and provides top notch customer service which cannot be beat! Switch to Thrive...you'll be glad you did!
they are so helpful and have so many solutions for people that are taking many meds.
