I loved the Buford location. Somehow Thrive messed up our account and we can’t book appointments through the portal/app. I’ve tried calling the Midtown location 10+ times a day for over a week, AND left multiple messages. It’s totally absurd and unprofessional that I can’t get an appointment for my dog.
Lola and Nurse Mariah took excellent care of my pittie mix Gigi!!! Service was quick, explanations were thorough and they treated my baby with such genuine care.
