I had to bring my cat in on my birthday because he was feeling really bad. Not how my ideal birthday would have gone, but I received a birthday card in the mail from the staff a few days after our visit. Everyone was super warm, informative, and patient. I want to shout out Janie in particular. She was so sweet and authentic, and her attitude genuinely made my birthday ten times better. Thank you all for taking care of my cat (and me). <3
Dr. McElwee and Sophie were amazing when I brought my senior dog Lola in. They are so caring. Dr. McElwee was very thorough in her examination and took her time with Lola. Her follow-up with me was amazing, detailing findings in her blood work explaining to me what it all means. She gave me options and together we talked through a plan for next steps. You can tell she and her staff genuinely care about the animals and their owners too. 10/10 recommend! I wish I found Thrive and Dr. McElwee sooner! Thank you!

Dr Karri is very knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. She remembers my Westie Louis, and always takes time to let me ask all my questions, and always has great advice. Highly recommend Dr Karri to any pet owner.
