We scheduled a vaccine counseling appointment and were NOT told ahead of time that our child needed to be there with us. We showed up (after leaving work early and coordinating child care) and they wouldn’t see us. The staff were not very apologetic or accommodating either. No thanks. Won’t be coming back.
