As a first-time mom, I’ve had so many questions, and this pediatric office has been incredibly supportive and responsive every step of the way. The online portal has been a game changer, making it easy to communicate with a professional and get the guidance we need. They also helped us get a referral to an ENT specialist in record time, which meant so much to our family. I’m very grateful for such a caring and efficient pediatric team!
Shocking experience. This pediatric office refused to see my sick child simply because we were overdue for a wellness visit. A doctor’s first priority should be caring for sick children, not enforcing scheduling policies. Very disheartening and not the level of compassion I expected from a pediatric provider.
Just finished Steele’s 9 month checkup! As always we are more than content with Dr.Hall and his staff. Thank you for taking care of my little man!
