I’ve always in the past had great experiences with thrive, and referred multiple friends here but two days ago I called and made an appointment. The front desk girl who scheduled it told me 4:30pm. We showed up at 4:29 and were told we missed our 4:15 appointment and they were unable to see us. We live 45 minutes away and this is a huge inconvenience and waste of time.
