I went here for a heel spur. After a few visits, the doctor said he was ending the appointments, and that I would have to live with the severe pain for the rest of my life and take pain medicine. That does not sound like thriving to me. I went to see another doctor, and she gave me inserts that are actually helping to improve my heel spur pain. I hope it goes away completely eventually! I am glad I did not follow the advice from the doctor at Thrive Ortho who told me to just live with the pain from now on.
Honestly I am impressed by the awesome treatment I have been given at thrive ortho and spine. I would recommend to anyone that’s going thru pain in their body. You guys are awesome.
Came today on follow up for my left hip. Been to therapy and my hip still hurts. After emailing and speaking verbally to make my follow up appt , I was told that I need to pay a very high balance. No one told me this before coming. And after coming for 2 yrs this is ridiculous. I was charged high fees as a new patient when I wasnt a new patient. Im hurting and very upset. Front office dropped the ball and my visit was up charged for no reason
