I was introduced to Sean when he was the lender for my buyers. He was fantastic in assisting them navigate their financials as they needed to sell their existing home prior to purchasing a new one. He was very responsive, efficient, and was able to secure the loan with a competitive interest rate. It was pleasure working with Sean and we hope to do it again soon.

This was a relatively easy experience. Things happened so fast that my head is still swimming. The team was able to get me closed in 10 days; ghats from bid to funding. Great job, especially Jeff and his associates.

Sean, the owner of Thrive Lending, along with his assistant, Jericho, made the process of obtaining a mortgage load a very smooth process with an added personal touch. Because I was living out of state, I was able to apply for the loan by phone initially until I was able to bring documents to their office to complete the loan process.
