We had such a wonderful experience working with Marica throughout our land loan process. She truly went above and beyond to help us every step of the way and made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. I have nothing but good things to say about Steve Rizek and his team! I found Steve after having communication issues with a different national lender. I called Steve and explained it situation and he immediately knew how important clear communication was to me. We were already under contract for our first home and had a set date to close.
