I experienced worse care from the receptionist, got an accident was late I asked if I can see the doctor for my 4month old anytime in a day a Japanese/philiphino who ever is from refused after I asked where can I get a vaccine she replied no where else while she knew walk-in clinic provides too I went to the one near me and my daughter got a vaccine FYI if you have off mood or person problems don’t bring it at work
This clinic is a well-oiled machine. So far, the doctor has always been on time and is patient with our wiggly, and as he says "vocal" (loud), baby. It is clean and the staff are pleasant.
We love Dr B and the Thrive staff. They welcome us always, with friendly greetings and appointment times are prompt, Dr B is a great pediatric doctor. My family trust Dr B and Nurse Anna’s expertise! Thank you Team Thrive, keep it up
