My first time visiting Thrive Hair Bar in Washington, D.C., and my first experience with Naayo as a stylist and I can confidently say it was the best loc maintenance I’ve had in years. I flew in from South Dakota to get my hair serviced while on a ministry/business trip. Kelli serviced my hair and educated me during the entire process. She is very intentional on hair care. My hair is damaged from a previous hairstyle and one thing I appreciate about Kellie is how she used her words. Instead of saying "oh girl your hair is so damaged". Amazing staff. Got my hair done by Jasmine after a late arrival and was ubderstood about transportation issues. Incredible service. 10/10, would reccomend to anyone looking for a relaxing hair appointment and welcoming service
