Terrible experience! They promoted a ‘memory care facility’ as a secure investment. It turned out that they didn’t have any experience in the field, they misled investors, ran the business in the ground, which ended in foreclosure. Investors lost all their money. I personally lost close to 700k. They didn’t even care to call me and discuss their failure. Don’t invest with them!
I invested more than 600k with them. The two properties (memory care) were foreclosed due to management failures and lack of competence running such facilities, resulting in a total loss. It was supposed to be an investment for retirement. They mislead investors and communicated poorly (or rather not at all). Never will I invest with them again.
