I was initially reluctant to do therapy via video but it has turned out to be a better experience than I could have expected. Jennifer has been a great listener and has offered great recommendations to help me with anxiety and depression. The video sessions have been consistent with no tech issues. And Jennifer has been easy to communicate with when scheduling issues arise.
This place offers good child counseling. The process to get in is not painstaking. In comparison with other places, thrive called me back and we were able to be seen. The counselor, Persis, has been extremely helpful with good techniques. The drive to the Rio rancho office is not too bad either. I like how accommodating this place is. I've been recieving services from Thrive for years, Jennifer alongside the staff are AWESOME! Highly recommended, nothing but positive and easy experiences during any insurance changes, etc.
My husband uses Thrive Counseling and sees Troy. He's a decent therapist. There are times he causes my husband more problems than he helps though which is an issue for us.
Jennifer is amazing and office staff has always been very nice and easy to work with.
