Apparently this provider is in the dark ages, or they are running some sort of game. I have been with many MH providers since the mid 90s and have NEVER seen a provider ask for PAYMENT UP FRONT, and then makes the PATIENT do the legwork and file the paperwork with the insurance company to possibly get reimbursed. This is wrong on so many levels. Think about it.
