Five stars. After what had become a long and discouraging journey trying to find someone who could provide a neuropsychological evaluation as an adult, I had an experience with Thrive Counseling Services that restored my faith in human-centered care. Avoid this company. They do not operate with professionalism or responsibility. The "clinician" canceled two appointments in a row. The second cancellation occurred twenty minutes after the scheduled time of the appointment. Of course, they claim they are entitled to $135 for cancellations, but offer nothing in recompense for your time when you need to take off work to make the appointment they fail to keep.
Originally called this place and had a good experience, the man I spoke to was nice and helped me get set up to fill out all of my info online. They ended up needing more info from me, which I gave. And since has been crickets. I have left multiple voicemails, emails, and have called a number of times. Doesn’t matter the time of day it suddenly always goes to voicemail and no one ever calls back.
Wonderful office and staff. Top notch service with a friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend to anyone!
