The care is incredible and genuine! I always leave an adjustment feeling relieved and aligned! The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Best chiropractic care in Abq, as far as I'm concerned!
My whole family loves visiting Dr. Little. She is so friendly and puts us at ease. She takes time to listen to our concerns. She is gentle with apprehensive patients. I always recommend her to people when they tell me they have back pain or headaches!
I have had several chiropractors over the last 30 years and Dr. Little explains more about what she is doing and what I need to do to help myself than any of them, which is very empowering. I also noticed a very positive difference in the way I felt and moved after my first appointment and the adjustment held, which has not always been the case with other providers. I also appreciate her warmth and caring.

Dr. Little does a great job. I always feel well adjust and aligned. She was able to alieve my vertigo issue.
I have a terrible spot between my shoulders that typically is to difficult to get for chiropractors... but Dr. Little got it like it was nothing! I haven’t been able to breathe this well in years and I no longer feel like I’m hunched over on one side! Not to mention she helps my kids which is important to me! My sons says “I love Dr. Little” and then reminds his brother that she’s the one with toys and special gifts!
Casey's AMAZING!!! I appreciate her gentle approach and her ability to talk you through the adjustment. I would highly recommend her and in fact I do whenever asked.
Love this place!! Dr.Little always treats me like I’m the most important patient of the day. Knowing she probably does this for everyone shows me how much she cares about everyone individually!! She saved us when our baby was only 1 month old. He cried all the time, she fixed him!!! Everyone should go see Dr.Little!!
