I had been researching Ketamine therapy for over a year for treatment resistant depression. They don’t bill insurance for the actual ketamine injections. They were not clear with me on that and it caused a lot of time and money (rearranging schedules and paying $50 for round trip Uber ride). Then I received an unsolicited text basically telling me I was crazy and wrong for saying I was given wrong information. How can someone “assure” me the right information was shared if they weren’t present? Now I notice $20 taken from my bank account with no warning or bill! All the doctors and nurses are dedicated to tailoring treatment to the individual patient. Dr. Masterson has gone above and beyond helping me treat my depression and anxiety. I only have good things to say. If you have tried everything and it hasn’t worked please don’t give up and see how they might be able to help you.They know their stuff and are up to date on current research. They are very accommodating with my limited schedule.
