Extremely unprofessional. Please, if a friend or family member needs actual help; call a real behavioral health service provider found from zencare or psychology today to assist them. This “business” is Kent county’s hub to facilitate underground organized crime through your family and friend’s insurance and tax paying dollars. Beware.

A few months ago, I called to get my daughter into counseling. I let them know my family is insured with BCBS and was told that they "prefer to take patients with State insurance", but to call back if I couldn't find anything else. Fast forward to the end of the school year, the guidance counselor gets me to agree to give them another chance, with her referral. At least a week has gone by, and I have yet to receive a phone call from them. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

In all my 20 years of going to mental health doctors have I never experienced the level of incompetence of thrive behavioral health , I mean march 3rd go for intake , spend 3 hours doing it bring all my past medical history give it to them ,they say 14 business days I call 3 weeks later they say should be any day now , over a month goes by still no call , I’ve called at least 8 times and was told the same thing that they are on it and that they put a note in for the scheduling department to call me back , here I am over 3 mo... read more

I called here to make an appointment for my son. I had several calls with people in a call center where duplicate information was requested and then asked to fill out forms where the same information was requested again. Information such as my son's SSN and complete records from his school and doctors including things like his immunization records were requested.
