Kathy has been so friendly and knowledgeable.
Worst apt I’ve ever lived in! They don’t take care of anything around the building, it’s overgrown, worn down, and looks cheap! They go through property managers like crazy, a new one every 4-6 months. Parking is horrible, they pick and choose when to enforce parking rules. They gave me an eviction notice the day before rent was due saying that I hadn’t paid rent, then acted like it was just a little mistake when I stormed down to the office for answers!
Ashley and Mrs. Kathy are amazing. The place was nice and clean. Apartment layout was well distributed.
