Worst apt I’ve ever lived in! They don’t take care of anything around the building, it’s overgrown, worn down, and looks cheap! They go through property managers like crazy, a new one every 4-6 months. Parking is horrible, they pick and choose when to enforce parking rules. They gave me an eviction notice the day before rent was due saying that I hadn’t paid rent, then acted like it was just a little mistake when I stormed down to the office for answers!
Ashley and Mrs. Kathy are amazing. The place was nice and clean. Apartment layout was well distributed.
Behind on rent due to undue and unexpected financial hardship, management said they would work with me. Paid my entire monthly VA benefits check, made weekly payments, hit with an eviction notice. I would have kept my money if I had known they wouldn't keep their word. Rent has increased by $200 a month in a year's time, and nothing has improved here. I'll be a stain on the pavement before I sleep on it again.
If I could give it 0 stars I would… After moving into your apartment YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM YOUR LEASING MANAGER AGAIN… LAURA. I have been dealing with apartment problems from Kitchen sink, Bathroom sink, bathroom lights, bedroom, hallways lights, and even my playstation console being stolen from my supposed “Parcel Locker”. After trying to inform maintenance, management, and any other staff these problems.. No answer for 4 ENTIRE MONTHS..
