Thls place is located right in downtown north little rock and it is very nice and quiet.
This is now the 4th, maybe 5th time my husband and I have had to submit a maintenance report for the a/c randomly POURING water, the first few times were in mid summer this year and we were left without any air conditioning for over a week in 100 degree weather. We are 30 days out from a newborn, and are having the SAME issue as well as consistently being sick, headaches / his asthma acting up. When the ac started dripping today, again, I decided to take the unit apart only to find BLACK MOLD growing inside of the unit, the ... read more
