I regret to say that my experience with Thrive has been highly disappointing. Despite entering into a contract for services, the company has repeatedly failed to meet its obligations, and it has been nearly impossible to get the issues resolved. We have faced continuous delays and poor communication, with our service requests often going unaddressed for long periods of time.
