I've going to Thrill for a year and couldn't be happier. The coaches are professional, well trained, and invested in their students. There's a strong sense of community among the athletes.
So fun working out @ Thrill! They have CrossFit, Spin, Cardio Barre, and Yoga! Do you want to work out with me next week? Here are the classes I'm interested in starting Novemeber: Tuesday CrossFit @ 9 am, Wednesday Spin @ 9am, and Thursday Cardio Barre @ 9am. I need to get back in shape before the holidays! Who's in?!!
Top notch CrossFit gym with friendly staff and knowledgeable coaches. Love going to this gym since I started working in PCT. Very convenient and great community!
I'd give an excellent rating, but the cleaning ladies who hang out in the women's locker room from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. drive me nuts. They really make you feel uncomfortable, like they are scoping you out to see what you're putting in your locker.
Spacious, brand new facility with a fun vibe! Michelle Landes is a great spin instructor! I can't wait to try the yoga classes!
