Some staff are rude to my mother when I bring her
The one lady especially always had attitude and when I called to refill my medication last time, about a month ago, she informed me I hadn't filled meds there since 2024. I informed her my bottle had that address and had been filled in 2025 multiple times. She asked for my birth date again and still said that I hadn't filled any prescription there. Also had to do a med review 3 months in a row which is NOT required but once a year. I switched to a different pharmacy! It may be more packed, but at least they won't argue with ... read more
