I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. From day one, the property has been extremely well-maintained common areas are always clean, and the landscaping is kept neat and inviting. One thing I really appreciate is how safe I feel living here. The environment is peaceful and there’s a clear effort put into keeping the community secure and comfortable for residents. Amazing company!! The staff in the office are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The owner is caring and always willing to help his tenants. The properties are well kept. Their supervisor Jr who is also the manager of our apartments is very hardworking and honest!
Worst place to manage your properties. It’s been over 3 months since I moved out New Porter Apartment's and they haven’t refunded me my deposit. They say they “accidentally mailed it to New Porter Apartment's”. Why would anyone mail a check to the place a tenant is moving out of? Clearly they are not focused in doing their job. Also they never answer their phone.
