Went there for a system in my car at first we had problems in a little bit issues and misunderstandings but after sitting down and solving the problems and talking about what I really wanted they fix what they put in and stood up to their agreement so as far as future business I would go back
This place is a joke..Bought a 2010 Dodge Ram..Had it 1 week n been in the shop ever since...they said they fixed it took it back 2 times ,then to another shop n they replaced some of the same things Thrifty said they had replaced..cost us almost $400 out of pocket other thn wht was covered under powertrain warranty..several phone calls to no avail to get my money back since we had it a week n first truck pmt is due..I will be going into the dealership tomorrow demanding my money back tht i should not had to pay out of my ow... read more
