Mike Lugo is awesome. He was very patient and I was so happy he helped me.
Dont rent from this place. The woman working there is the only employee and she has no idea what she is doing. Thrifty has dirty cars and their customer service is terrible.
Appreciate the personal customer service. Everyone does not always have the best credit ot thousands to put down, however we were very well taken care of. Will definitely recommend to other applicants in the future. We will be back as well! Charlie stuck with us to the very end. Thanks so much!
