DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are fraudulent and do not even have the vehicles they advertise at this location nor do they let you know that. I had to call to confirm to find this out last minute. I have reported their fraudulent advertisement and booking to the BBB for investigation. It appears after reviews that I am not alone. DO NOT book through them. We booked a 15 passenger van and never informed they did not have one. We went to pick it up and they were no help. Was just told they didn’t have it and had no solution. This set our vacation back 2 days trying to find a Van to fit our group.
I was notified less than 24 hours prior to picking up the car that a car is not available! Agent over the phone was no help at all. You would think the agent would have a back up plan due to the less than 24 hour notice…
Hard to find, as their office is just a trailer in a parking lot with a Hertz sign (there are small Thrifty and Dollar signs on the trailer's front window, but they're not visible as you drive by). The first time I rented a car here, after the attendant finally located the booking I'd made a week prior, I was told the only car they had available would need to be cleaned.
