No staff at airport terminal desk. Message to proceed to carpark office. No staff in carpark office 3 customers waiting in carpark office for 10 minutes before staff member appeared. Staff member very courteous when he did appear and apologised for keeping us all waiting. The reason we had to wait was because he was manning both the Thrifty office and Hertz office at peak time when flights arrived. NOT GOOD ENOUGH HERTZ. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!
