This is a great place to stand around for hours while 2 agents plod though a line of 50 customers with a slowness that makes Heinz Ketchup seem as fast as explosive diarrhea.
Usually good... Not so much tonight. Gave us crap car, charges are wrong, and Blue Chip desk won't fix. Annoying.
Maybe it is an off day, but I've seen every other rental agency but this one go by 3x - where oh where can my shuttle be
Convenient access to I294 but quite a long way from the airport. Leave lots of time for return.
Don't expect to get your car anytime soon. Arranged in advance, nobody else in line, half hour and counting and still no car.
Don't stand in line, sign up for Blue Chip program and you'll be in and out in 10 minutes.
Pathetic service. Do not use!
The slowest of all rental car counters. Good rate but two clerks and 15 people in line
