If you want to wait in lines for two hours after flying all day, this company is for you. Otherwise, pay the extra 30% elsewhere, and drive on out.

Booked through Expedia, then upgraded and paid the gas fee, extra $241, dropped the car back I received another bill $199 dollars for upgrade and gas fee yet no explanation from the company as to why

Never again. Deception & overselling on insurance. 45 minute wait in line. Policy of showing gas station receipts when you return the car or you pay a penalty. Ugh! Did I say "never again"?

Beware: extra charges all over the place. Return guy insisted we have a gas receipt - which was never mentioned. Final receipt was DOUBLE what I agreed to pay. Had charges reversed through corporate.
Somewhat disappointed that Thrifty merged with Dollar, and that there was a shortage of cars and a long line of people waiting to get their cars.
