Extremely slow, no help, no smile, I finished quitting. Horrible.
Had a reservation booked almost 2 weeks in advance cancelled two hours prior to pick up with an email I didn’t see until I was already there. They were bought by hertz that charges for the reservation on Expedia. However if not booked as hertz they don’t honor the reservation. They only confirm availability of hertz left overs to thrifty in the morning if the rental and are cancelling reservations on the morning of the service to several people on a regular basis. Booked the car 2 days ago only to get a call at like 7:30am to let me know they canceled my reservation that I already paid for because there’re no cars available???!!! I called them back and told them that they have 2h until my pickup time to get me a car, but the guy just went on about conditions of reservations booked within 24h… didn’t make sense, but now that I read other reviews, it looks like they let you book it and then cancel it last minute only to offer you the same thing at the higher price!!! No. Its a small operation. No cars available and you cant drop off past 2 or 3 PM on weekends. What is the point of this agency here?
They so called forgot to call me and cancel yesterday because they “didn’t have any cars” so I go all the way downtown from the southside for NOTHING! Then they offer a car $180 higher than what I reserved. Bad business and I’m done with the brand of Hertz, Thrifty and Dollar! & I was a loyal customer so this stings!!! Bad business and Customer Service.
