Have had packages shipped here numerous times with the same prescription contents inside every time. Have never had a problem until today. Today's experience was incredibly unprofessional.
During my visit, the front desk employee an Indian male working at the reception area treated me with complete disrespect. Not only was the overall customer service appalling, but he also made an inappropriate and derogatory comment toward me. The waiting area is cramped, phones ring constantly without being answered, and lines back up quickly because there are never enough staff members working the register. To top it all off, the store smells like a fish market, making an already unpleasant wait completely unbearable.
