Went in had 10 items and manager said he would check me and my daughter out checked her out then said be right back and was gone over 10 min and cashier behind me just keep ringing other people and didn't bother to ask me to check very poor customer service will never go back...�

We try to make all of our customers feel like they are the center of the universe. The reason the manager had to step away was that an unattended child was throwing dishes and breaking them. When the manager asked the child to stop breaking the merchandise the responsible parent suddenly appeared and took issue with the manager trying to restore order. I've been coming to this store for about ten years. Mr. Charlie always greets me with a smile and remembers me. That is excellent customer service, especially since I don't come as frequently as I would like to. I come from Virginia Beach because the store is that good. I even brought a friend today because they have the best furniture inventory of any thrift store in town, as she was looking for just that. The store has a great inventory and is clean. I really like the set up, you have lots to choose from,,I have been there on a average of five /six times a month. I always find something I can use. I am a customer who has visited since your doors first opened. Count on me being a life time customer, unless I run into something that changes my mind.
I love going there. We travel from the shore once a month for my husband's dr visit. Always find something. Sometimes prices are too high, but then you see great markdowns and can't complain!
This is my favorite thrift store in the entire area! we are here scouting great deals all the time!
